This is a hands on interactive program appropriate for children ages 8 and up with an adult caregiver. There will be a different topic explored each week. Such topics will be Astronomy, making Solar Ovens, Geoscience and more. Come join the fun!

Registration is required. Registration for all Summer programs begins on Tuesday 6/25. Please call the Children’s desk at 769-9044.

July 4th Drop in Craft

Join us in the Children’s room on Tuesday, 7/2  from 2-4 pm to make a July 4th windsock decoration to take home. Appropriate for children ages 3 and up with an adult caregiver.

Animal Experiences
Jul 8 @ 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm

Dave Marchetti’s Animal Experiences is an hourlong program of learning and hands on fun with reptiles and some small mammals. Meet Dora and Diego the turtles, Indigo the lizard, Pixie Stick the snake as well as fifteen of their good friends.
You won’t just pet these guys, you’ll learn about and then hold them yourselves. Come meet them up close and personal.

This show is appropriate for all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult caregiver. Free tickets  are available 1 week prior to the show at the Children’s desk. You may 401-769-9044 Ext.2
