Ella Rodriguez of Food for Life will present healthy nutrition games for families. Great for ages 6 & up with adult.
Nutrition Education through games for kids and their parents
Thursday, October 3rd at 6pm
What is a HEALTHY FOOD?
Most often we think we know the answer to this question, but due to clever advertisements there are many things that we have made to believe that are good for us, but in fact they are not.
Do you want to know the TRUTH?
Join us to learn the truth. In this workshop we’ll play some games that will make it easy to understand what proper diet looks like and what are the best foods to eat in order to grow up healthy and strong.
Kids and parents are invited to play educational games and test their nutrition and healthy trivia facts.
6-7pm Thursday October 3rd
Located in the children’s program room on selected Saturdays.
Bring your imagination. We supply the Legos! We will put your creation on display until the next Lego Club meets.
As these are the smaller Legos, an adult must be with the child in the room at all times for safety.
