Most often we think we know the answer to this question, but due to clever advertisements there are many things that we have made to believe that are good for us, but in fact they are not.

Do you want to know the TRUTH?
Join us to learn the truth. In this workshop we’ll play some games that will make it easy to understand what proper diet looks like and what are the best foods to eat in order to grow up healthy and strong.
