Appropriate for children ages 3-6 years old with an adult caregiver. Bring your imagination and have some fun playing with home made play dough. There will be cookie cutters, rolling pins etc. to use. Registration is required so that there is enough materials for everyone.

Open to caregivers and those experiencing memory loss. Meets in the main program room when the library is open. Live & Learn is a social program for people with early memory loss offering new ways to compensate for memory changes. Children entering 1-3rd grade are paired with teen Buddies to practice their reading skills. They can read to their buddy or be read to. This is a relaxed way to keep up their reading skills over the summer. This is also a great opportunity for teens ages 12-17 to mentor younger children and accrue volunteer hours they may need. There will be a time for coloring and or puzzles at the end of the program.

This is a hands on interactive program appropriate for children ages 8 and up with an adult caregiver. There will be a different topic explored each week. Such topics will be Astronomy, making Solar Ovens, Geoscience and more. Come join the fun!

When the library is open, every Friday in the main program room from 2-4:30 PM is Teen Drop In Time with the Young Adult librarian Ed, for middle and high school students. Meet friends, play games or watch a movie. Light snacks available.
