This 7 week series introduces children to songs stories and activities appropriate for ages 2-3.5 years.
Some programs may include food like applesauce so please let us know if your child has any food allergies.

Have you been hearing the word Mindfulness and wondering what the buzz is all about? Have you wondered if it is the same as meditation? Do you already have a meditation practice?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, you are invited to come and learn more about this topic in a 3 hour session. All levels of practice are welcome.
Class is limited to the first 18 registered participants. Class is for adults ages 18 yrs & up.
Registration starts on Monday, October 15th at 10 AM with Margaret by phone at 401-767-4126 or by email to mmcnulty@woonsocketlibrary.org. (For in-person sign-ups, please ask for Margaret at any of the service desks.)
The class runs from 9 AM-12:00 PM with 2 breaks in between. Margaret will contact you to confirm sign-up.
