Open to caregivers and those experiencing memory loss. Meets in the main program room when the library is open. Live & Learn is a social program for people with early memory loss offering new ways to compensate for memory changes. Children will listen to stories, play with puppets puzzles and board books and make a paper craft to take home and enjoy.
Great for ages 2-5 years with adult caregiver.
Great for students in grades 3-5
Learn how to code with Scratch Jr.
Make and edit characters and backgrounds, race characters, create a math problem, tell a knock, knock joke and of course make a story.
Students will be provided iPads for the duration of the class.
When you sign up you are signing up for all 4 consecutive classes where each program builds on the next. It is important to attend all 4 clases.

Evening program for children aged 10 years and older, adults, & families.
Kimberly Banaczuk, owner of Miss Kim’s Handmade Soap & Body Care, will be presenting a bath bomb making class. All materials will be supplied, one bath bomb per person. Participants will learn how the combination of ingredients like citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, essential oil, micas, & organic bubble compound can produce a soothing bathtub treat.
Registration is required and limited to 20 participants; ages 10 and older. Please call 769-9044 or stop by in person. Registrants will receive a reminder call and be notified of cancellation in the event of sickness or inclement weather. Cancellations will also be posted on our Facebook page.
