Creating the Connections engages participants in the stages of a child’s development, so they can recognize and act upon atypical development when they observe it. The goal of this session is to increase access to resources that promote screening, evaluation, diagnosis, and enrollment in appropriate services for children at risk of developmental disabilities or Autism Spectrum Disorder. Participants will also get a better understanding of the power and benefit of using visual supports to provide structure in day-to-day activities.
