Open to caregivers and those experiencing memory loss.  Meets in the main program room when the library is open. Live & Learn is a social program for people with early memory loss offering new ways to compensate for memory changes. Leave name and number and you will receive a call back to confirm your spot. Health waiver to be signed at first class. Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes. Beginner level, practice breathing and stretching techniques that you can practice at home to increase health and reduce stress.
