Every Monday Linda Brunetti from The Autism Project is here at a table in the children’s room preschool area to talk with parents about services Autism Project provides. Feel free to stop at the table and say hello. During her visit we will open the children’s program room for a sensory exploration play where parents and kids can play with toys that develop fine and gross motor skills. Toys are geared to the preschool age.
11:30am-12:15pm Preschool Music with Anne Marie Forer
It’s Time for Tunes-N-Tales, Everybody say Hello! Join us every other Wednesday from 11:30-12:15 (dates listed in flyer) for music fun with Anne Marie Forer. Tunes & Tales for Tots will have you singing songs and making music with Anne-Marie Forer. This program for children includes finger-plays, movement activities and rhythm instrument play. Tap your toes, and clap your hands, it is time for Tunes-N-Tales. Great for preschoolers ages 2-5 and their adult caregiver. 4pm Halloween Party Treats
Wednesday October 20th 4-4:45pm Halloween party treats to be determined. Join Maggie from the YouTube channel The Lazy Girl’s Kitchen who will be here at the library to show kids ages 8 and up how to decorate a treat for Halloween Great for ages 8 & up with adults. We will make these treats as part of the program. People with chocolate allergies take note. No nuts associated with this program though it is possible an ingredient may be manufactured in a plant that produces nuts, like vanilla cookies. Registration by phone is requested. 401-769-9044 x2

Enjoyable for preschoolers of all abilities and sensibilities. We put out puzzles and toys for developing fine motor skills and creativity. During this program Linda Brunetti from the Autism Project will be available in the children’s room at a table if you have any questions about the services Autism Project and other great agency and library resources and programs throughout Rhode Island.
Elmo’s great elephant adventure
Great for our young Sesame Street fans ages 2 & up and their older siblings in early elementary school to grade 2. Watch a 20 minute video of some of your favorite Sesame Street characters visiting animals in Africa for the “Sesame Street & the Great Elephant Adventure.” There will be an activity following the show and a live animal experience with Dave Marchetti immediately following the show.
