Great for ages 2 and up! Children must be with an adult at all times for safety.
Info for Volunteers ages 13-17. Please arrive at 12:00pm. We will serve refreshments for volunteers, go over the rules and assign game stations. At 12:45 we will go out into the room and set up our games and posters. 1pm open to the public. Break 2-2:30pm. Service hours end at 4 or 4:30 depending on needed clean up time. We have approximately 10 game stations and two people per game station are needed. We also have a craft room and other stations that need volunteers. Students may dress in costume, keeping in mind no scary costumes or clowns please. Your face must be visible, no masks, though faces and hair may be painted or decorated. Beacon students should see Mr. LeClair. Woonsocket High School students should see Ms. Koczera to register for this event. Other students see Ms. Chris at the Woonsocket Harris Public Library.
Appropriate for children ages 3 & up with an adult caregiver. Children will be able to make a bat or cat Halloween craft out of card board tubes to take home . This is a drop in event in the Children’s room.
Play rehearsal from 5-6 pm in the Children’s program room.
Appropriate for children ages 4- 10 with an adult caregiver. Children will dig for dinosaurs in a variety of sensory bins filled with rice, beans and kinetic sand. They will also be able to make a dinosaur fossil out of salt dough to take home.
Located in the children’s program room on selected Saturdays.
Bring your imagination. We supply the Legos! We will put your creation on display until the next Lego Club meets.
As these are the smaller Legos, an adult must be with the child in the room at all times for safety.
