Have you been hearing the word Mindfulness and wondering what the buzz is all about? Have you wondered if it is the same as meditation? Do you already have a meditation practice? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you are invited to come and learn more about this topic in a 3 hour session.  All levels of practice are welcome.
