Every 1st, 3rd, & 4th (& sometimes 5th) Wednesday of the month from 6-7 pm.

Connie Anderson leads an entertaining, fun filled evening of stretching and moving.  This program is designed for the older adult, but that doesn’t mean you won’t sweat! Anyone 18 + up is welcome to attend. No sign-up needed but space is limited. Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers.
