Make a fresh salsa perfect for scoopable chips and great as a healthy summer side dish!
Maggie Armatys from the Lazy Girls Kitchen YouTube channel will be at the library to show students how to make a fresh new salsa with bel peppers, green apple, tomato, cilantro, red onion, scallions, jalapeno pepper, zucchini, lime juice and corn .

Note: due to grant regulations this program is not suitable for children under the age of 8 years old, as there is some cutting of fruit items, small objects and cutting of fruit.
