Book Buddies:  

Is a program where teen reading buddies ages 13-17 read with younger kids currently enrolled in 1^st, 2^nd or 3^rd grade to build vocabulary and strengthen reading comprehension. This program does not teach reading skills. It does build upon already existing reading skills taught at home or in school.

^{Please sign up prior to the start of the program so we can match younger children and teens for reading together. Teens can earn community service credit for school, sports or other organization. Ask at the desk.}

SNOW POLICY: If the weather is bad, we will see you at the next class. If school is canceled on the day of Book Buddies, please stay home as there is no program that day. Cancellations will be posted on our Facebook page.
